I have some new scores, but I'd like to say something before showing them...

So, I'm at my dad's right now. And as some of you may know, I use his comp screen to play whenever I'm here. Well, I figured I squeeze better when I play on that screen. o__o No idea why, but squeezing on it feels different too. Here are some differences I've found between the comp screen and the TV screen I usually play on:

Differences (comp / TV):
around normal, or possibly a tad smaller back ends possible
slightly bigger front ends possible
better audio/video quality (the one of my TV isn't so good, don't know if the quality makes it easier to squeeze or what)
zero lag (as well as on my TV) - no lag settings

Here are the 3 scores so far... I'll explain them a bit too so it all makes sense. :D I have pics for all of them and vids for nearly all.

Ruby 206,538
One of my best squeezing accs, no doubt about it. Since I found 2 extra ticks in the second act, I knew this was possible in theory but I didn't expect to get any more than ,534. But I managed to get all the extra ticks I've recently found in the same run, including the last act one you can see in my previous vid. Seems optimal to me.

Hit Me With Your Best Shot 209,228
The score itself isn't that great, but I actually got ,x44 from the second squeeze which means 209,236 is possible. To think there are that many ticks in the third act... o__o

Rock You Like A Hurricane 308,511
Nope, not the first act, I got ,x19 from that. The rest are from the second act, but I think they're partly glitched ticks or something - I got them by hitting the first BO hold late (and the squeezed hold early, obviously). o__o

I went through the explaining because scores like that (especially Ruby and RYLAH) in the same day seems too good to be true... What do you guys think about squeezing being easier on different screens?

So I lost this 1st today so I decided to get it back, now that I know about the glitched ticks.

This really is more than I went for. I missed a glitched tick in the intro (2 points) but I got 2 ticks more in the first act than I've had before AND I hit all the other ticks I know of after that.

So... yeah... ,919 is possible... but not very likely. >__>

Was a little busy so that's all I did for today. Buuut back at 50/70 1sts, so yay for that.

Didn't expect to get it this fast. What surprised me more than the score though was that the run right before this one was my 4th FC with 501,386, which means I FC'd Jordan twice in a row. In that run I also hit the solo C squeeze but I missed 200 in the solo F/Bridge activation. :D (also the reason I picked the back end of that activation in this run)

Credit to oddballzfrank for telling me not to pick the notes that I early whammy. This advice made me able to hit that solo C squeeze. :)

Could get 200 + ticks more in theory. Ticks yes, but 200 in the last act after all that squeezing sounds a little too hardcore.

EDIT: Could get the second activation 200 also. Might go for 501.7k later.

Well, that was surprising. I just started working on this yesterday (which was also the first time I played any GH in 2-3 weeks).

Bad score, I know. I don't have a lot of experience on GH2 squeezing. Anybody know how I could do better on the C activation though? I can hit/whammy all of the whammied notes early, but it hasn't made any difference...

...Yeah. Haven't had the time to work on anything great since school started, so I've just been doing cool stuff, in RB2 mostly.

Anyway, I now have a week of holiday ahead, and I was planning on getting TTFAF out of the way during it, buuut my LP just so happened to start overstrumming again. We'll see how it turns out though - last time it started overstrumming (which was before last summer) it eventually stopped doing it. >_>

I might still get new video material without a working guitar - I recently got all the RB2 instruments and I already play expert on all of them for those who are interested.

But yeah, I haven't quit or anything. It's a shame that I got unlucky with the LP here, but I'll get another chance, right? (:

Uhh, no vids or pics for now, just telling what's up. My comp's actually broken at the moment, so until it's fixed I can't get any proofs in the form of pics and vids (can't upload Soothsayer 671k and KoC 513.1k because of that -__-).

Anyway, I FC'd the full solo of Soothsayer for the first time today, soon after getting a 100% overstrum. I'm getting so consistent at stuff, FC'ing the full Devil Solo 3 times in a row could be considered proof of that. Full song FC will happen, eventually.

I only tap in Victory Solo I too. XD

Thanks to BBK for the path. I changed it a bit according to what I can/can't do. I also missed 200 + around 50 in holds, but I'm not planning on going for them.

And, as usual when working on this song, pretty much the biggest blister I've seen formed on my right thumb. XD

As for TTFAF, I'm pretty pissed at it. I got 948k not too long ago, been too lazy to upload it here. I decided not to do ttfaf again until I get consistent with SFA III (it's starting the snake that gets me too often). So I'm kinda having a break from the song.

I'm nowhere near consistent on "What the...?!" but I'm very good at Twin Solo, that's pretty much what made it possible for me to FC the solo. Also, I still haven't FC'd Bridge 1 on Full Speed but I got a few Slow FC's today. Don't expect a TTFAF FC, 960k might be possible if I get lucky.

So I found some time for GH during this test week I'm having in school. I finally decided to go for 930k and quickly got this.

The bad news: This run actually sucked lol. I missed once in both Herman I and Sam I, bombed "What the..!?", fortunately FC'd the both triplet parts of Twin Solo, though I missed once before the ending. Missed in the snake, FC'd the rest of the song. -83.

Without the stupid messups in Herman I, Sam I and Twin Solo, this should have been something like 935k. Well, 930k coming up for sure.
