Yes. It's similar to GH1, 2, and 80s. It's nowhere NEAR a half second delay, but it's like 50 milliseconds or so. That's a lot more time than you think when you have to actually delay your strum to get a front-end squeeze under star power. You can't simultaneously hit both the SP button and strum anymore. You have to kind of delay your hit. Which is stupid, because it's like we're actually going backwards in technology of the engines. | Thanks for clearing that up. I thought something was wrong when I couldn't do that anymore. |

Yea, this is all just skepticism. Though, with other people seeming to agree with this it seems more practical that this is actually the way things are. _________________

im reasonably sure that the GH1 engine has a delay slightly less than GH2 and GH 80's. I can squeeze no problem on GH1, but those two are impossible for me to hit front ends. I found the same problem on WT. The delay seems to be very similar to GH2, maybe even a little bit later _________________

You may be right. I guess I never really tested GH1's window besides the first original delay from SP accumulation to actual activation point. Do you ever notice missing front-end's in GH1? Or is it just less common than in GH2 and GH80s. _________________
