Occasional Report error

Every so often i get this when I report a post, it generally works after refreshing it once or twice but I figured I should report just incase

I just got the same error, looks like it's still there Nick. As cobainage said though, a simple refresh and it's fine.

Well hopefully you're just fixing something right now, but at the moment I'm just getting a blank page after I click the report button. I tried multiple times on multiple posts and none worked. I prefer the first error to be honest
