Double Stroking with one hand at a constant slow speed?

I'm not that bad when it comes to drums, but I have problems when it comes to songs like Dammit.

Sure I can pass it, but I can't combo the song because I can't double stroke that slow with one hand at that speed. Any tips?

Try practicing a double stroke roll with both hands. There are all types of drum roll patterns called rudiments that you can learn to help with different patterns you encounter when playing the drums. Here are the most common:

Single Stroke Roll:

Double Stroke Roll:
L L R R L L R R L L R R L L R R

Single Paradiddle:
