I'm opening this thread back up for people who are still playing the game and want to discuss it here, with a few conditions.
Talk about what you love, talk about what you hate, but don't direct your hatred towards other people, just the game. Talk about your favorite youtube sensations, bitch about WingsOfRedemption, get all pants-happy over your latest awesome game, whatever. Heck, you can even talk about Black Ops if you want to, although there is another thread for that. CoD4? Definitley. But...

I've been consistently pulling 5k/dwith this class in TDM. I never thought the L86 was that good but having tried it.... wow.

I think he's third, Hutch has 180k and Seananners has 175k but still doesn't matter.
Anyway I've pretty much gone the pyrotoz route these days otherwise it's boring fast, but if I want to try hard I'll go one of two ways:
ACR red dot/Tar holo (depending on the map)
AA12 with extended mags
Scav/stopping power/sit rep (pro)
or
UMP45 silenced
Spas12 with extended mags
marathon/lightweight/steady aim.
Also it's kind of fun to store up killstreaks switch to danger close and watch the damage they cause if they are not shot down. Plus I've resorted to pro piping teams who annoy the hell of me for the hell of it

Yeah, that's practically my class. I was debating between the Silencer and Grenade Launcher, and I eventually picked the silencer for a few reasons.
1) You don't show up on the radar. This is especially useful when you're 1 or 2 kills from a Harrier and you can't afford to have some random kid come and knife you because he saw you on the mini-map.
2) I don't know if this is true, but it seems for me my accuracy is better with silencers than no attachment. I have no idea if it affects recoil, but I personally aim better with one.
3) With my noobtube class, I often times find myself in battles where it's too close to use a noobtube, and too far away to knife. I'd have to switch off the grenade launcher and THEN begin shooting, but by then it's too late. Getting rid of the grenade launcher, I can be ready to shoot at any moment, though it obviously gets rid of possible double/triple kills and long-range kills with the noobtube.
I'm not saying your choice was wrong, just kind of thinking out loud for you or anyone else to value my opinion and maybe change their thought processes for choosing their class. |

I've played against that woodysgamertag guy 3 or 4 times now, and the last time his BOI unlimiteduav was there. We got rocked because we didn't have our full group, but i pooped on them one round of search with my riot shield while they had a chopper and harriers up. Good times blowin' up wingsofredemption with some C4 \m/
