In the final face-off between the two Guitar Hero greats: F4Phantom2500 and Smokyprogg, F4Phantom has emerged victorious!
F4Phantom2500
Smokyprogg
The two faced each other for the second time in the tournament, and F4Phantom was eager to repeat his previous victory.Smokyprogg was in a tough situation going into this match. Coming out of the losers bracket against the undefeated F4Phantom meant he had to win best of five songs twice in order to take first place. In addition Smokyprogg had been diagnosed with swine flu, further reducing his ability to compete. Smoky refused to let illness hold him back, eager to meet against F4Phantom, but the disadvantages were too much, and he was no match for F4Phantom’s “piano-style” skill. The final round went to F4Phantom2500 with a final score of 3-0.
In a tournament that started with sixteen of the strongest Guitar Hero contestants, F4Phantom2500 has claimed first place, and will receive his prize of a SteelSeries 5H v2 headset and 1600 Microsoft Points. The top four finalists: F4Phantom2500, Smokyprogg, Brockbfball1563, and TenaciousMangos will all get an interview with LordJerith for the chance to represent vVv Gaming in future tournaments and be sponsored by vVv Gaming. The vVv Community is very excited to see the tournament outcome, and looks forward to seeing who will represent vVv. Stay tuned for more information on vVv Gaming’s Rhythm division!

Definitely. As long as your gamertag is clearly visible in the pic, there is no issue. This is only to help seed for the bracket. _________________

The vVv Gaming Guitar Hero Tournament is down to the final two contestants! Some of the best players in the world have showcased their talents in these thrilling matches, and it has all built up to this last round! This final match will feature Smokyprogg against F4Phantom2500 as these masters of guitar hero strive to take first place.
F4Phantom2500 is most well known for his unique “piano-style” method of gameplay, and he’s shown in this tournament that the technique clearly works for him. With a victory by forfeit in round 1, F4Phantom won most of his following matches 3-1, earning himself a bye in rounds three and five. The single exception to his 3-1 winning streak came in round six when he first played against Smokyprogg. In that contest Smokyprogg took the first two songs, but F4Phantom pulled himself together and came back in a stunning upset to sweep the last three, giving him the round. Now, after watching Smokyprogg defeat Brockbfball1563 in the semi-finals, F4Phantom is ready for a rematch, and this time he’s fighting for the championship.

Smokyprogg has also performed exceptionally well in this tournament. Breezing through his early round matches and winning them 3-0, he likewise earned himself a bye in round three. Smoky won round four against CONNOR LAWL, 3-1, with another bye in round five. But the break did him no good, and when he faced F4Phantom in round 6 he lost, 2-3. This must have strengthened Smokyprogg’s resolve, because he stepped up his game play in the semi-finals, and in the closest match of the tournament he beat Brockbfball1563. The song count was tied 2-2, and both players were seconds away from a perfect score on the tiebreaking song. Less than five notes from the end, Brockbfball1563 missed a single note, while Smokyprogg stayed focused and completed the song flawlessly. Now, Smokyprogg is ready to face F4Phantom again. This time, the odds are against him. Smoky must win two “Three out of Five” matches to claim the tournament crown, while F4Phantom only has to win one.

Phantom is an absolute beast, but honestly I am not surprised, he's won tons and tons of tourneys and has made quite a good amount of money. Smokey is like lol though (funny guy)...both are awesome people. Good job everyone. _________________
