gh3 pc freezing then speeding up glitch

i start the game, select a song and i play it, but then at any random point at the song the game freezes, the music repeats half a second of a bit of audio then then unfreezes then the fretboard speeds up so fast to the end of the song that i dont have time to hit any notes or fail! it just says you rock and thats it, end of song. plus theres a really low score

. WTH is this glitch?!? is it the game doing that?! plz help!

Are you using GHTCP or Songlist Editor?

i used Songlist editor before i found ghtcp and the same glitch was happening

On slower computers, the game will lag and freeze up like that then speed up to catch up to where it "should" be... But I've only seen it rubber-band like that for durations of maybe 1-3 seconds, not entire songs.

I'm not really sure if this is the same issue, but try turning your settings down in the Options screen and using GHTCP's speed boost/black background and see if that helps.

It might be a bug within the 1.3 Update of GH3 that activates itself on a slower PC. I was using Songlist Editor and GH3 1.0 before, and my game was not freezing then speeding up, it was always at normal speed.

Now I have the same issue too. I drop the graphical and auditorial qualities of the game and disable all the GFX, but it doesn't bugde still.

As I know, it's a Radeon-related issue. (Screw those f*gs at AMD and Aspyr!) The bug was present with 1.1 too (correct me if not), but a NO-DVD "patch" fixed it!

This is why I use FoFiX for "customming" (and drums, of course).

PS.: The bug is in GH:A too, but a bit different. It doesn't speed up but loses sync. At least GH:WT isn't buggy (in this aspect).

Sorry i havent replied in a while.. anyway

I sort of fixed it!

How to do it:
When it freezes repeately tap the Start button on the guitar until it unfreezes. Then it'll be paused, then you can resume gaming without that stupid glitch!!
