I was wondering how the cymbals would hold up since the yellow pad is always what i see cracking (cracked two myself) It just takes the most abuse. People do tend to fuck up shit that isn't theirs. i don't understand how their parents let them get away with it. I have several cell phone stores and Kids always are trying to break stuff (not just little kids either) and the parents never say shit to them. They can't figure why how years later the kids are doing drugs and get arrested for killing the neighbors cat. |

wow, RMA plz. But i agree some people probably did beat the hell out of the drum kit. In b4 jameslikecoulter chokes on a song and breaks his drum kit on stream. |

I have yet to see a video of Travis or the RHCP drummer playing GHWT (it might have been a small clip in that trailer I don't remember) |
They showed Stuart Copeland and Chad Smith playing on it for about three seconds. If that's not enough to bolster your faith in the reliability of the World Tour drum set then I don't know to what lengths Red Octane will have to go to to prove it to you. |

lol I hope that's sarcasm, because it sure does sound like that. Its tough to judge the durability of the drum set based on a few seconds of a professional drummer playing it.
I still subscribe to the sledgehammer theory though. People turn into He-Man when playing demo units or in-store setups to show off how tough they are physically. _________________

The guitar being good is thwe only thing i worry about, but the drum thing is sad. Hopefully its just because people are stupid and tear stuff up that isnt theirs. _________________

I can see the hi hats being a real big problem for anyone who can do expert and wants to FC songs..
Like really.. People were complaining about the RB red and green drum being shittier than the other two because they had less support because they were on the outside and only were attached by the joints on yellow and blue.
These hi hats look like there attached on a 2 inch support dealie.. How faulty is that going to be?
I don't see how its going to be possible to hit 32nd note rolls on the hi hats in this game.. _________________

Yeah, public equipment is usually shit compared to home owned stuff. I believe I played GH in a shop once and while I was playing the green fret sort of fell out |
