Epis hat is epic win xD
This might probably be one of the most chosen songs online when the game comes out...
I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but on the drums, what happens if you don't hit the notes hard like you're supposed to? Does it just give you the same amount of points as a normal note? |

According to the info from the Scorehero Invades Neversoft thing, you can hit the notes softly and it won't make a single difference to your score. It just gets you extra cash. |

I'm not entirely sure exactly which songs they recorded us playing. I do know a few, and the ones I played on, however, the Great sluggo had this to say in the Neversoft Community Event thread either earlier today or this week.

So right now, all we've posted is this brief, but first footage of Muse's "Assassin." It's full-band Expert.
There will be many more videos from the event coming next week. |
So hopefully, we'll see some more footage from the most awesome day I've ever had in my life at Neversoft and some awesome full band action from your friendly ScoreHero moderators, members and friends.
Once Gamespy posts more videos I'll update this thread with new info. _________________

I played the PS3 version at the press event for about a half an hour (as did Emptyset and evybabee), I didn't notice any difference between it and the 360 version. Keep in mind that this was at a press event where all of the stations were setup prior and by professionals, but yeah, I didn't notice a difference.
Also, not having a PS3, I've never experienced the LP lag that everyone complains about, so it could be possible that they did have it but I didn't know it. Just a little disclaimer there in case it is still laggy _________________

Deimos & the The Ring Shirts
Song seems like it will get old fast, to play. Open strum bass is still the feature that has me most intrigued about this game, and that looked like the best part about this song. |

I would like to clarify this. When I made that post in the live blog, I was misinformed. You do, in fact, get more points for hitting the accented shots. How much, I'm not sure. You also do not get penalized by not hitting it hard enough. _________________

Maybe I'm confused, but getting less than maximum possible points is not getting penalized? |

All those streaks and multipliers are really confusing, I have 2 questions: what's that x1 in the Rock Meter? it never changed...
and 2) what the hell are those messages about band streak? they all seems random

It did, actually. From the video it appears to be linked to how many people are using star power. |

the multiplier in the rock meter is for the whole band. it changes when starpower is activated. 1 person with sp= x1, 2 people= x2, 3 people= x3, and 4 people x4. thats my understanding of how it works.
the stuff about band streaks is like the note streak messages in GH3, but for the whole band as a single unit.
also i think the "band point streak" messages were for phr34k hitting the accented notes, which give more points if hit harder _________________
