When playing guitar or bass on GHWT the game keeps making a wierd squeaking popping noise, it's like the sound you might get if you miss a note but this can happen anywhere. Does anyone know what it is or how to get rid of it? _________________

No, but my friend suffers from this a lot. And apparently, it's annoying.
Uh... Well, it must be. _________________

Your downstrum is likely broken, meaning your guitar is defective. _________________

ah crap, you're right I can make it squeak by moving it in a certain way. Just gotta hope a bit of use will loosen it up. Thanks for responding. _________________

Ya, the strumbar on mine moves around a millimeter or 2. If it's all the way to the bottom it squeeks like hell. If I put a little pressure to move it back towards the top, it stops. |

Try using some oils or something. Who knows, I've been known to make dumb mistakes with fixing things, but I had that problem and was about to burn my guitar until it stopped... |

Even if the problem comes back, please don't burn your guitar. All that plastic will be toxic as hell. |
