I'm playing this on PS2 Rock Band, Guitar, Hard level.

Gigantic pain in the ass to play. I also dislike Harmonix's love of not letting you save when you do an Unlock All code. If I could, I would probably never play this song.

Does anyone have any tips for this song in particular?

I've gone into practice. Practiced it over and over, slow speed even. Just can't do it, the note shift is so abstract and the speed at which it comes... way too hard for me. Standard Speed I don't even make it to the first solo.

As it is, though, it is the roadblock preventing me from unlocking the rest of the songs in the game I bought.
