The only disappointment for me so far is the lack of a split screen mode both online and offline and the difficulty of aiming grenades/melee-ing (swinging the WiiMote messes up your aim something awful, and I haven't found an alternate mapping route yet.)

Try the stabbing method. I easily get kills by doing that. If you "swing" it, then you'll just end up throwing a grenade as well.

Personally, I just switch ASE and Melee attack. When I play online, it's useful, and even though you use the ASE frequently in-game it's still fine for me.

I just got this game last night, and I like it a lot. Here's my friend code:

0302 7678 7071

I may not be online a lot until I work my way through the single-player campaign, but email me and we'll swap codes if you want. See you online.

Bump FTW

So anyway, I was searching The Conduit on eBay, and saw that there were at least two versions of the game. There was the regular and the Limited Edition. What the differences between them?

I wouldn't say I'm ready to play online by any means, and I probably won't too soon, but feel free to add me.

Ah, thanks. I'll see about getting the Limited Edition if I can.

All Seeing Eye? What's that mean? Other than Lord of the Rings, of course.

The All Seeing Eye is a fairly important item in the game. Not going to spoil anything, but you use it in the tutorial, and then from Mission 3 on. The re-skin just makes it look different, obviously.

I bought the Limited Edition of this game. Just to let you know, the only real differences between it and the regular version are the case and the art book (I don't remember any tips or hints in it). The unlockables can be had on any copy of the game by entering in the promotional codes found on any of the web sites with cheat codes out there. But, it was the same price as the regular edition, so get it if you can find it (as far as I know, it's only at Gamestop).

I like this game a lot, although I'm not very good at the multiplayer yet.

Oh, I see, so it's merely cheat codes it has? The game's programming isn't any different?

Well, then I shall see which I can get for less. I don't really care about the artbook thing .

Still looks amazing, especially for the Wii's first online shooter. I think I'm gonna have to wait til' Christmas for this one though.

How many of you have been able to finish the single player campaign? I'm on Level 8 and it's kicking my ass.

Multiplayer is still a lot of fun on this game. And I'm still not very good at it.
