i usually go outside with a sledgehammer and beat the ground or any other useless miscelanious thing. I also beat the ground with my fist untill i cant because my fist hurts so much.
also: taking deep breaths and counting to ten actually works... |

If it's really intense, try ramming your whole body against an open door, while carefully trying not too hurt yourself. And make sure it's open.
Or get to the ground and do push-ups until you can't even get up. I guess counting them might help too. Never punch the floor or a wall directly with your fist clenched, you can get hurt REALLY bad. _________________

I scream. A lot. It helps. A lot.

Wait, what kind of anger are we talking about here, OP? Like you just missed an FC on the second to last note anger or pent-up anger from social situations? The former, physical venting is cool, but for the latter it will get you no where and will only deter you from actually determining what's making you anger and probably in turn what's making you depressed (if that is in fact the case). _________________

If you have a pool, go beat up the water. It may sound like a joke, but it actually works.

If I am in an undesirable mood I listen to music. My cure-all. If I am angry I listen to thrash metal, usually Metallica or Black Sabbath's Heaven and Hell album. If I am sad, I break out the Pink Floyd or folk. _________________

Yes. From experience, yes. <_< Split knuckle FTL.

God, I wish I could do that. All my neighbors are 60+ years old, and no part of my house is insulated enough for them not to hear me. One of them actually called the cops on me once for having the music too loud. _________________

Throw something non-valuable. Works for me every time. _________________

I personally don't have these problems, but some things I think would work are:
Hot shower or bath. Just stay in the bathroom and relax until it goes away.
Sports. if you play a sport that involves strength contact (hitting a ball with a baseball bat) go do that and take your anger out in your swings
sprint. for as long and as hard as you can. _________________
