You know. Nice quiet, relaxing music. |
I've seen someone say that they had really messed up dreams while falling asleep to slayer. |
I think that's more messed up than any of those dreams.
Anyway, I never listen to music for sleeping, but if I did, it would be this. _________________

I usually listen to Knockin' On Heaven's Door (Live) by Guns N' Roses before I fall asleep. I really love the live version, and it makes me sleepy for some reason... I fall asleep to that song at least 3 or 4 times a week. _________________

Honestly, you say that as a joke, but oftentimes I do put my iPod on Shuffle and just listen to whatever. I still manage to fall asleep that way. Maybe it's just the fact that there's music at all helps me fall asleep, regardless of what it is. _________________

DO NOT listen to comedy albums or anything that involves talking. I have tried this I end up just paying attention to what they are saying and it does not make me sleepy at all. Other than those, any music on my iPod helps me get to sleep. _________________

For me I usually flip between SPP ( It's always Frankie B's music) or the radio where every night they have this radio show that talks about sex and relationships. _________________

I normally just listen to some podcasts(Like starpower and Question guys. Not forgeting howstuffworks), then go on to listen to some progressive rock. Pink Floyd, Yes, Rush and Dream Theater just help me relax and get a good nights sleep. _________________

I like to go to bed with my Eisley library on shuffle. Very relaxing. _________________
