HMX is really inconsistent with charting. They charted 2 organ solos on Smokin'. |
I think they said that was because on the master, the guitar and organ were on the same track, IIRC. I do remember a Harmonix rep saying that on the forums somewhere...I think.
Well, either that, or popular demand.

The synth on Jump is definitely charted in the intro. I remember seeing an E3 video of it.
EDIT: Here it is, on Danny's channel. Skip to 2:25 for the intro to Jump.
(oh, and the reason you can also hear the guitar solo at 2:25 is because there's another GHVH booth off-camera.)
Personally I'm SO glad they charted the synth. Everyone remembers Jump for the synth, and it would be an incredibly boring guitar-only chart outside of the solo.
EDIT 2: Oh, and the synth triplets after the guitar solo are slider notes. Can't wait to play the fret buttons like a keyboard at that part

So they announced this for PC, but not Metallica or SH......does this mean that PC gamers dont get the love if we dont have viable consoles like a 360 or PS3?
Cause I hated GH3Wii......well guess i could fix my old PS2.....oh well.

No you don't, you only have to buy the game before the 1st of October and Redeem your Code (or something like that).

Nope, you just have to buy it in the month of September and enter the code in the back of the manual by October 1.

Or you could sell your Wii and PS2 for a better console. But I see you have Xbox Live, are you giving us some sort of joke? Because it's not funny! <_<
Besides, you could rip all the charts and songs off Metallica and SH for Customs on GHVH, when customizing of the game becomes possible for everyone (unless you figure it out yourself).

I'm going to a tournament at a bar tonight to earn some money to pay off the rest of my pre-order. You could always try the ol' long-trench-coat-and-stilts-with-a-fake-mustache routine if there's any around where you live.

Trade in your unused games. It may not get you 100% of what you need, but could get you real close. |
