Wow is all I have to say. I decided to put my plastic les paul on the hooks in my basement almost a year ago I believe. I am not coming back, but I decided to check out scorehero once for the first time in a long time. And all I can say is wow. Scorehero has changed a lot from what i remember.
Now I am not going to go in depth, but people seem to be in some times way off topic, and forget scorehero is also to help people out, and some are purely there to help, but seem to forget that we play guitar hero to have fun, and this is not a job. When I was on scorehero everyone seemed to be helpful, but had good personalities, forming a good balance. Maybe times have changed? I don't know. Maybe its just me.
One thing I would like to note is that PathHero has grown A LOT. Kudos to everyone involved in PathHero, including the top contributors and especially codemann. Great work there.
I also seem to notice that the quality of guitar hero itself is steadily falling off of the face of the Earth. The games are being released too fast and the songs seem too simply charted. Activision seemed to have (explicit) guitar hero like they (explicit) MW2 with Infinity Ward. Is it just me? Or has the following happened?
1. Scorehero users are becoming more "unbalanced" for lack of a better word.
2. PathHero contains pure awesomeness.
3. Activision is beginning to become to corporate-based. It turned from, "How can we make the best game possible?" to, "How can we make the most cash to fill our bulging wallets?"
I must say that the Scorehero community has grown tremendously and the admins seem to be maintaining the site better than ever, and that the site, although it looks the same, seems in order and easily navigated, so even the newcomers can use the fourm with ease.

Rock on Scorehero!

No damn it Chris Vance is the direct cause of everything bad about rhythm games. You know when your drums miss a note? Vance. When the person you're playing with disconnects right at the end of the song? Vance. When your drum pedal breaks? Vance. He was hired only so that they could contain him only to making really hard note charts. You know how GH:M turned out so well? That Kirk Battle actually exists, and they managed to have Chris's overcharting powers concentrated entirely on that song. 10 QA testers gave their lives trying to play that song. On the last venue it's not Cthulu behind the ice, it's the concentrated evil of Chris Vance's charting abilities made manifest.

This might be because of April Fool's Day which is today. There are some threads around here that are running rampant with any locks on them. Hopefully soon the mods will crack down a little.
