Same here. ^_^
I'm taking the gf hopefully tonight to go see it. From what I have been reading here, its nothing short of amazing, as usual with Pixar. I can't wait. _________________

This is the movie of the year, if not the decade.
/endofthread
Seriously. After watching "Day and Night", I knew this movie was going to be amazing. It is.
Some peeps might know by now, that I am a huge fan of Metal Gear Solid 3. This movie reminds me of it in almost every way, plot-wise(No, sorry there's no guns in a PG(G?) rated movie, nor any nuclear warheads, etc. etc.)
Go out and watch it now. |

I believe that they purposely waited this long to release the final chapter.
I was about Andy's age when I saw the first. Had I not decided to take a semester to relax, I'd be going to college soon.
Pretty much the only toys I have left are my collection of Power Ranger Megazords. The bulk of my action figures were sold on eBay. I wasn't much of an action figure kid though. _________________

Saw it on day one... have to say, I was thoroughly impressed! I grew up with the first two movies so my expectations were high for #3 and it delivered! I thought it was funnier than either of the first two, but the original is still the best.
Overall, awesome movie 9.5/10 |

THIS x9001
Seriously, I just came back from watching it, and speaking as someone who grew up loving Toy Story, it was a very satisfying experience. I will admit there are a couple points where I think the plot was a little weak (the term dues ex machina comes to mind ), but the movie as a whole was a huge treat.
Nothing like a sequel to a movie I saw as a kid to make me feel young again . _________________

AMAZING MOVIE HOLY CRAP. I absolutely loved it. Here are some points I wanna make.
SPOILERS BELOW WARNING SPOILERS BELOW WARNING SPOILERS BELOW
- That was the most PG rated 'G' film I've ever seen.
- That baby scared the shit out of me.
- I almost broke down when they were about to die in the fire, then completely lost it laughing wise when they were saved. XD That was so funny.
SPOILERS OVER YOU'RE GOOD I SWEAR.
This is battling How To Train Your Dragon and Zombieland for my favorite. So far it's like this: How To Train Your Dragon, Zombieland, School Of Rock, Hot Rod, then This Is Spinal Tap. I think TS3 is between Zombieland and HTTYD.
Amazing movie. Go see it. Now. 10/10. Your previous childhood will thank you. _________________

All I have to say about this movie is
This movie was absolutely amazing. Extremely funny and lived up to my expectations! So glad that it could follow up the other Toy Story movies in quality! This is seriously a dvd release day buy for me!
I, also, found it funny how most of the people that laughed at this movie were the adults that were in the theater XD |

anyone else think the wait made this movie better? like how it seemed that andy grew up with us? we didn't play with our toys for how long and then they fight their way back into our hearts.
it may be just me, i don't know, but I seriously cannot give this movie enough praise. _________________

Never mind my previous post, my local theater re-showed it because of the large audience.
I think this is the best movie of the decade; I think it's better than the first two. I'll give it 20/10.
I'm so happy I can't write a long post. |

You mean there are theaters that only show movies for limited times? 0_o
The theaters around here usually keep the same movie around for like a month, and frequently, they'll show up at another theater that sells tickets for only a dollar depending on what time/what day you show up. _________________

Yeah, um...it's really fucking amazing. It's nostalgic, it's got a good plot, the characters are funny as always (Hamm is my favorite), there's a lot of greet deeper meaning for the older people and it's the best thing I have seen in years, very close to the best movie I have ever seen. The animation is top-notch and although I didn't quite understand it, Day & Night was clever. The only disappointing part was the 3D. Don't buy a 3D ticket, it doesn't make much of a difference.
I don't know what to say about this movie that hasn't already been said, really.
They made seventeen year old Andy really cute. :3 _________________

The 3D wasn't that good, but it still made the movie just better for me. Like after seeing How To Train Your Dragon in 2D then 3D, the 3D wasn't that good but it just made it visually better to watch. It wasn't much of a difference but it was still better to me.
And as confused as I was during Night & Day, I still loved it, too. haha. Probably my new favorite short from Pixar after For The Birds. _________________

I don't remember the other Pixar shorts well. I need to watch them again. _________________

Disney Channel and I think ABC Family sometimes show all the Pixar shorts at once. They're pretty good. haha _________________
