I would so get Call of the Dead if it were separate. But nah they have to fucking bundle shitty maps in with them. I don't play Blops Multiplayer anymore but I would like to get the Zombie map, because I like zombies a lot, and ACHIEVEMENTS. As much as I like zombies I'm not going to pay 15 bucks for the pack just to get the zombie map. _________________

I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I say I would buy that and that thing would sell like hotcakes. |
I brought that up a few pages back. Instead of just another World at War or Black Ops, they go all out on the zombie aspect for their offshoot game. Singleplayer campaign with story involving the zombies, perhaps with the original crew again. Of course the traditional zombie wave mode would be there with it's unique maps and most definitely these less than serious maps like Five and Call of the Dead. I already want to see the next zombie map star Bruce Campbell lol
Along with that, they have the actual multiplayer still. Not just a...humans verses zombies things, but still very much humans verse humans with zombie hazards. Your trying to fight the enemy, while making sure to keep an eye out for zombies and maybe the occassional boss monster that'll spawn on the map, where either everyone focuses to kill it, or it's used as an advantage by one team against the other. Or imagine being to cause traps to start up or set off to area deny spots for abit, can even introduce a kill system, so like it's a combination of wave/multiplayer, where you earn money by killing monsters and guys to get up to new areas or traps.
There's ALOT they could do with this I think that other games haven't touched on yet. |

Not gonna lie, I would play the shit out of that game. Hopefully they might do something with it, Nazi zombies was really popular, the BO zombies seems just as popular. And they seem to be having alot of fun with these maps. Seems logical they might do a full game, fingers crossed anyway. _________________

I'll admit, human vs. zombies in a Nazi zombies only game would be something I would just sigh at. I mean, thats why we have L4D, right? _________________

It would, unless they could do it in a more interesting way. L4D gets boring pretty fast cause of the linear levels, but there might be a way they could do it differently.
First would be to make sure there aren't any insta-win zombies. In L4D, if your alone or get separated, you can be killed with no chance to save yourself by...5 of the zombies. I hated that. If you could just fight as regular zombies or maybe a a sort of different take on it, such as the idea of a "Zombie Master", where you play more indirectly, being able to use specific spawn areas to bring out the zombies, mixing things up in that regard, or that things are much faster paced, where you just spawn as a new zombie and get a chance to run in and take a bite out of someone lol
There has to be a way to do it that isn't just a lame take on L4D. |

I always thought it would be sweet as fuck to have an open-world GTA-style zombie game set in a very large map (like, say, GTA4's Liberty City). I don't know how they'd implement a multiplayer mode, but single player mode would pretty much just be GTA+Zombies, with missions and stuff like that.
I'm imagining a safe-house where you have to exit via the garage in your armored car. Yes, I got that idea from a movie (that I don't remember the name of...but it's a well-known one, I think (might have been Night of the Dead)).
I had a significantly better night tonight. I decided to give MP another shot. Jumped in to Escalation Moshpit and lagged like shit, so I decided to just play Call of the Dead some more and hope it stops lagging later. Did all right, same as usual...can't get past round 8. Then I went back to MP. No lag, but I still wasn't doing too hot at first. Not bad, just mediocre (which is actually pretty good for me). Then I got in the zone. A string of games where I felt I actually contributed to my team in a positive way. Some of the best matches in my CoD career. It was glorious.
After a while, I started sucking again so I decided to play some more CotD. It wasn't a spectacular game, but I got to round 9 for once, no thanks to a well-placed mystery box that kept giving me shit guns, and actually made myself a circle around the map (this map is fucking gigantic). I didn't even think that was possible. I almost thought I was fucked at one point, because I had gone through the bottom of the lighthouse and down an ice-slide. Only problem was, I couldn't get back up, and I didn't have enough points to clear the debris or open any doors. I had to wait like 5 minutes for the crawler to show up, and when he did he had swam across the water and was on the island with the Quick Revive machine. Just some friendly advice, you might want to avoid that situation. But if not, it's not a big deal...just really boring. |

9 caps, 3 defends, and still ranked 598 for the week. I am the best team player of all team players.
Was a pretty good day of cod though, until the end, which sucked, but I still ranked up a shitload. _________________

So yeah last night was really fun and stuff. I went from level 1 first prestige to level 25 and was somewhere around 600th on the weekly HQ boards with 19 caps 8 defends and 227 kills >_>. Semi-team player, I guess? I blame the fact that I died as the HQ was being capped something like 5 times in a row for not being higher. Oh well though, all of my kills were gun/grenade because I almost never get claymores and I run 3 4 8 forever and foralways. I also had a game with three triple sprays (or was it two and then one the next game...don't remember) on Firing Range. Fun times. I love playing scrubs in this game, makes my K/D just all day long. _________________

I haven't been on Black Ops for almost 2 weeks now. Didn't even know they had a MLG Playlist. About time. _________________
