I use 3, 3, 2, 2, 4 which gives me 92K but I think there must be a better way. Perhaps missing a star power somewhere would allow the SP to fall in a better place. I can't figure out one though.

^ Your path works but you forgot to mention that's when you never whammy. Considering that you're pretty good at whammying, this thing needs a lot of tweaking.
