|
|
Auction has ended: MetalMadness wins with a bid of $1,550!
In addition to Harmonix donating $2,000 towards our wonderful new server back in late May, they had also shipped a GHII bundle complete with a SG controller signed by the entire HMX team to auction off and raise more money for the site.
I've been holding off a while since my original plans were to implement a private system to hold the auction exclusively on ScoreHero. However, with many other priorities on the site, I'm realizing I won't have the time.
So I will be putting it on eBay. But since I really want to see a SH member win, I've decided to announce this here before the auction goes up in hopes to give you a bidding advantage.
The auction is now up! http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=150151615098.
Here are several high-res pictures that I took (click to view full-size images).
Also if a SH member wins, I will award contribution points for the full winning amount just as if it were a donation to the site.
Thank you Harmonix! and best of luck to all SH bidders. _________________

Once again, I believe a big "we freakin' love you" is in order for HMX. I won't be bidding on this 'cause I'll be saving up for GH3 and life in general; this and the fact that I already have an SG signed by Fall Out Boy (though the signatures are fading, which should be a message to whoever wins this to never ever play with an autographed piece of plastic). |

Woah that's really awesome. They do deserve some recognition for this. As other people said, I need to save my money and won't be bidding.
But I have a great idea for this site, why not auction a guitar signed by HellAshes, ES, Priest, Kev, Pope, and a few other people. You'd definately get a lot of money for that _________________

That is probably the best "custom" guitar I've seen. I would love to win it, but I know I have no chance in hell of doing so. I give an early congratulations to the winner, I'll definitely be watching the bids. |

That is freaking awesome. If I wasn't a poor teenager I would go for it, but my money is being spent on actual guitar equipment. _________________
