Here I am informing the great music. New cd comes out next week, the leak is out and amazing. Coheed deserves its own thread just because they are the greatest band out there right now. Anyone else heard the new cd yet? Or which one is your favorite?

My room mate got the leaked songs too (don't worry, he pre-ordered the CD so he's still supporting the band). I haven't listened to all of the songs yet, but 'Hound' (that's what it was called right) is a solid song...I might just have to call dibs on charting it.

Yeah I pre-orded mine too, still waiting for it. Merchnow usually gets its stuff out early.

my favorite is sstb, with godsend conspirator being my favorite song of theirs ever.

in regards to their new music, i liked the running free alot, but i dont feel the same way about gravemakers and gunslingers. it's one of the worst songs i've ever heard from them. hopefully, however, the other songs will deilver enough to overshadow that.

This is one of the first CDs I'll get when my student loan comes in, but at the moment I can barely afford to eat so I won't be rushing straight out for it.

i don't know what to say. this album was a huge letdown. i've never been this disappointed in my life. they just don't have it anymore, all the songs are running together, nothing new or innovative. so much for that.
