Well, only one of my friend likes the same scream-o stuff that I do, so whenever I'm in my car and ym scream-o stuff comes on I put it up loud and everybody that's in the car tells me to turn it down.

whenever i listen to iron maiden my dad tells me to turn off that "noise"
and when metallica comes on he mutes it.
my family is 100% rock-devoted, but any form of metal drives them up the wall. _________________

I got my dad to mute SOAD once, but that was it. My parents are pretty open to all kinds of music (my dad was a metalhead growing up in the 70s), although he and I have both reached for the mute button whenever Slayer comes on the radio. _________________

When I lived with my parents this summer my mom yelled at me for sleeping to the Super Stardust music >_>
Segomo <3
She's also been whining about my general taste in music for years. He hates Anaal Nathrakh =( But I've turned dad into a metalhead, he recently saw Dimmu Borgir and Amon Amarth with my younger brothers =) |

MY Girlfriend flips whenever anything from Tom morello comes on. Covers her ears, yells at me, so i turn it up, oh yeah.
Although it does make me proud when we are driving and she is able to recognize him in songs. "OMG THIS IS THAT IDIOT FROM GUItAR HERO ISNT IT!!" |

I listen to screamo, metal, hard rock, death metal, etc. My parents listen to rap, there's a big fight there. I can't even listen to my iPod in the car because they complain the little earphones make too much noise and they can hear the screaming. It's ridiculous. _________________

Music is like candy, you throw out the (w)rappers.
People who rap aren't rappers, they're rap-ists, y'know, like art-ists. Which looks suspiciously like the word "rapist". |

That's the first time I've ever heard someone refer to Tom Morello as "that idiot from Guitar Hero" xD.
On topic: Whenever I play GH whilst I'm home with my parents they'll get annoyed with the clicking, but they don't realize it's the clicking that gets to them at first, so they'll tell me to turn my TV down. Then, they'll usually tell me to turn it down a second time as they didn't consider the noise reduction to be sufficient. Then! When I have my TV at minimum sound my parents will realize: "Hey it's that goddamned clickety-clak noise!" so my mom will come in and ask me to stop playing. This process usually takes between 1h to 1.5h. _________________

Why aren't religious people considered conspiracy theorists? They believe there's a "behind the scenes" operation going on.

My parents don't like me listening to KitN (uncensored) on full volume when my little brother is around, but I am sure you could guess why.
Give me the adress of whoever doesn't like Morello now! _________________
