Kind of.
It's the hardest part. It's presently working, but not 100% of the time. _________________

Well I got all of my versions of GH working without swapping folders or anything like that. I inserted all of the songs separately (GH1,GH2, then GHCustom). Separated the folders, meaning after I converted all of my GH1 songs I moved the files in aspyr/data/music and aspyr/data/songs that were GH1 files to a diff folder did a fresh extract of the songlist_editor and started importing my GH2 songs and moved the files out again. Same with GH80's and GHCustom. Basically just like using songlist_editor on a fresh install of GH3. Then I put all of the GH1/2/80s/Custom music/song files into the main Aspyr/data/songs and Aspyr/data/music folders and HAVE NOT ran the songlist_editor again and I am able to play each version without having to move my files around in order to get the switcher to work. Great Work! Only things I am waiting on now is MaXXKilleR's tool and a switcher to create more custom versions . |

first of all a big thx for this programm
I imported all successful.
i used v0.30 of the song list editor
MY method was:
-importing all gh1 songs
-move all new files from songs and music to a separate folder
-save the pak files to thier folder for the switcher
-replace the pak files with the original
-restart the song list editor and start over with gh2 and so on
at the end i copy all song and music files back to the original folder and all work fine
Can we get more than one Button for GHCostum or a drop down list or something like this to have more than one costume edition
will you make your code public ?
i think its written in c#? |

The V2.0 will feature a user selection for custom version you want to play.
I won't put my code public
It is written in Pascal _________________

V2.0 NOW AVAILABLE! See first post for more infos!
If you were using an older version of the Switcher, it might be a little difficult to set up the first time.
First, rename the "bak" folder "Switcher". Then you'll have to add your tracklists. Name them the same way as the folder that are already created (GH1, GH2, etc...). It should be alright like that.
The Manage File option won't really work with you, because it was made for someone using it for the first time, so you'll have to make some things manually, like copying appropriate SONGS and MUSIC folder for each tracklist. Please include in each the original GH3 files + the version related one.
When you'll try to click on the Manage File option, it'll tell you that no backup has been created. Do not click on yes. Before that, launch the original GH3, close it, click the ok button. Then, in DATA\SONGS and DATA\MUSIC, just put the originals files, no other one., Then go to manage file and create your backup. _________________
