To add to that, I've just devised this path, I don't know if it's optimal but it looks it, I'm about to use it, I'll tell you all what I get (plus I'll get it on film... Hopefully):

2 - 2 - 3 - 2 - 2
2 - Squeze the GRB as late as you possibly can to get the most out of the RYB
2 - ^ (Very hard, is it possible?) Exactly the same process
3 - Don't whammy the 3rd SP phrase and activate just before you strum the greens, you shouldn't worry about going over the next SP phrase
2 - Some would say the 3 RYO chords before the activation but if you activate on the first of the 4 RY chords, you should get the GRY hold and get more points from the hold, the more you squeeze the first chord, the better.
2 - Immediately, no need to squeeze or anything

Hopefully, that should get optimal, I dunno lulz ¯\(°_o)/¯

Thanks for the 2-2-4-2 path. It got me 500,328. The last note put me over 500k.

I got 98% on the song.

My Younger brother got like 509k and played like 91% of the solo and FC-ed the rest, so its possible to get 500K withoutplaying the solo

yeah, but once you get about 90% or so on the solo, the 22322 path will give you more points. i got 520 something, with 93 on the solo

yes it is very interesting. i have just recently FCed this song and i use this same exact SP path but i dont whammy on anything at all. i use when i feel appropriate and i only got like 529k i think. i am gonna try to whammy on the notes that i should and stuff and try to activate at better timing.

Whammying is pretty key to getting anywhere near hitting a squeeze..

this song is bugging me. i am like 133rd or something like that and i cant seem to break 530k. i have and can FC this song easily but i dont see where people are getting 12k higher than me. i am using optimal path but idk.

I cant get the solo down so i use the 2-2-4-2 sp and i got 521 k, but i dont know if i should start using the other sp path by now.

Wow. 500,000 points? Im lucky if i get past 240,000.

As for the solo, i'm not sure how much i hit since i've never taken it to practice mode, but i usually go straight from green to flashing red and have to use starpower to get through it. Sometimes i have to start over because i didn't get the starpower right before it.
At a guess, i'd say i hit about 20 or 30 notes of it.

First song I topped 500k on- I got 518,323.

man, that feels good. Now I just have to get the hang of that stupid part of the solo where it goes

I had a 686 note streak on my 518k run. There's 685 notes before that section starts.
