I've got a question about the twist. This is probably a dumb question, but I want to get it cleared up.

Since we can't alternate strum, we can use whatever finger we want to strum right? Cause I can downstrum a lot faster with my index finger instead of my thumb.

Is that acceptable?

yes...please feel free to use your freak ability to downstrum faster with your index finger as opposed to your thumb to your advantage.

Well, I just did a run of KitN, and my thumb is now dead due to Noise Build. XD

I managed to keep a streak on the NB at one point, but my thumb just ain't fast enough. But now that rabies has given the go ahead for index-strumming, I'm feeling a little more hopeful.

Lastly, the overall stats are up, and I'm up 8 places! But I have a question rabies, in which position do you have to be in at least to move on to the play-offs?

depends 100% on how many people we have playing by the end of week 6

Would it just be around half of the active players?

I'm not sure if it would be half. Last league it was around 1/3 ish. I think it's just which better fills a bracket. If there are a small number of people in the league they might just make the bracket go from 8 people starting to 4 to 2 to a winner.

and this week i should make my ascension.
i think i can FC JTF and i have the squeezes down pree good.
Gemini is my favorite song in the bonus tracks.
Not altstrumming KitN will be like altstrumming Trogdor!, so i'm kinda shakin' in my boots on that one.

I hope freebird doesn't win on poll, i can't devote many plays per song during summer :-p

Is there a youtube of someone keyboard styling MW?
I'm impressed with the scores, but my skeptic inside thinks there's a subtle difference between keyboarding and overhanding...

I think i'm going to drop out of the league, even thoug I really like the songs this week. I'm going to injur myself if I attempt KITN without alt strumming. I love Gemini... but having 3 songs this week in last place, second to last, and 3rd to last... after truly working really hard on them just has me too discouraged to bother. If I can't compete, I'd rather spend my time working on my own goals.

Maybe next season I'll get bumped down a league, but it hasn't happened in the last 3 seasons, so I guess I shouldn't hold my breath.

This week was just such a bad week for me... For some reason I could not get a decent score on LTMR for the life of me... I hope to do better on this weeks songs...

The no alt-strum on KitN will be interesting though... I haven't 5*'d Gemini yet, so I'm bummed that songs up... I never realized how bad I was at this game until I played in this league
