maybe if you want to give more value to the harder songs you could do a pts system
easy song: 1x score
med song: 1.25x score
hard song 1.5x score
meh.. just and idea

@thenewkid - song difficulty is subjective, anyway. So not a good idea, probably.
Superstition - 256243, 99%, I could FC it, but I seriously dislike tapping sections.  |

Let's use the Scorehero League scoring, for the scores. 
This was the Formula: F(x)= 62.5 * x + 7.5 * x^4 + 30 * x^7
P.S If you find this hard, then I can do this for you

They Say: 328025, 100%, 640 NS (I got this score again. I'm not just using an old score.)
Young Funk: 258294, 98%, 317NS
Superstition 222884, 98%, 239NS
Got home just in time to quickly get these, next week won't be as busy so I'll actually be able to grind out some songs, not that I would've want to grind out Superstition. Terrible song and that stupid BYBR part is dumb.

With the Formula you suggested what are the base numbers representing? Just curious.
I assume the exponants are the tiers in which the song are in. Although, Superstition is 5 not 4, unless I'm wrong in which case disregard that.

They are subtracted from the Scoreheroleague, there is the explanation for the scoring.
