Ok, so let's assume that you have beaten the game.

Is it actually possible to be FORCED to start a new game?

I mean, if you completely run out of items AND gold, is it possible that you will have NOTHING to do, and have no choice but to simply not continue?

What's SS mean?

I've played through two Fire Emblem games, both for GBA, and after you beat the game, there is literally nothing to do; except for watch the end cutscenes and end credits, anyway.

I think that's only possible in theory. I severely doubt that you could actually get to a point where you can literally do nothing, unless you purposefully manipulate the situation.

You mean like actually save the game after you beat the final boss? I think that's what happened to me.

Sacred Stones, huh? I remember that game. I think you can save after the final boss like you can in the first GBA game, but I don't remember.

In the Sacred Stones, you can save after the final mission and just go around the continent doing monster battles and such(also with new characters that were enemies or people you couldn't play as in the campaign). And it might be possible to be "forced" to start a new game, but that would only be the case if you toss all of your weapons and such. I haven't played the game in a while, but I do know Lyon's Naglfar(err...I think that's what that high-powered dark magic tome is called anyways, spelling might be wrong) has an infinite number of uses and never breaks. I don't remember what other weapons or tomes(if there are any) have an unlimited number of uses, but I do know that one does.

<33333 FE. </thread>

Anyways, as far as I know, you cannot be forced to start a new game. If for whatever reason you run out of gold AND weapons simultaneously, you'd have to, but who does that, honestly. :P

Also, I should go back and unlock the rest of the characters sometime. Still haven't finished that.

I wouldn't waste the time buying low-use weapons. If you have access to a secret shop, buy a bunch of the class-changing items.
