Basically, I want to see if there's anybody who has been in the news (it can be whatever) and how they got in there. It should be interesting.
Anyway, I was actually in the news once. Back in the 1st grade, our class had a project to make a town, but not an actual one. We would make all these places out of different things we would find around the house (I made the post office though I forgot what I made it out of lol). We ended up doing a great job. In fact, when the parents would pick up their kids after school, they would want to take a picture of our project. It then escalated to a lot more people until the local news came. It was pretty cool getting our 15 seconds of fame. |

Yeah. Somewhat.
There's this amusement park near my town that I go to once or twice a year to during the summer. And for a couple weeks, this guy from the news does short segments about it on the news each day.
So, I was on a ride, right before it starts, my dad (who was riding with me) was like "hey its the guy from the news!" he points at him and hes standing next to my mom, and theres a guy beside him holding a camera, and pointing it in our direction.
So I go home later, turn on the news, and there we are, blurry, but there. _________________

I was in our local paper, the Selkirk Journal, for speaking at a school board meeting regarding the unfair and barely-legal transfer of a beloved teacher. _________________

Yep, when I was national gh3 WCG champion last year I was interviewed and showed up in the news here.
Other times can't say for sure, I think I showed up when I was really young in school, although that was just for seconds and in the background. _________________

I was featured in a magazine that is sent with The Sioux City Journal every month about my autograph collection. Here's a link to the article.

Everyone's forgetting the real way. Contrary to popular belief, dropping your pants onstage actually does deploy star power. Either that or I made a complete ass of myself at my last tournament. |

When I was really, really young (1 or 2 years old,) I was in a newspaper for the grand opening of a park at a local beach. They had a picture of me on the slide!
I've also been in a couple of Mets game broadcasts by accident. I appeared in the background in one where some ESPN guy was talking in one of Shea Stadium's hallways, and the very top of my head appeared in an SNY broadcast when the cameraman decided to zoom in on my Dad. |

I've been in our newspaper before. I was in it for getting second place in a small GH3 tournament at one of our public library's. There was no money winnings involved, but I was in the newspaper, so that's cool. _________________

I wasn't, but my mom was at a restaraunt, and a news reporter was there. She was about to leave, but the newsman said he was wrapping up and was wondering if he could say his name and sign off while she and him rode her motorcycle out the parking lot. Cool beans. |

One time the news came to my middle school and filmed us at lunch. They asked my friend to open his grapes again ( so he could get a good shot I guess). I don't know why they were there. We found out what time the news was on but I had my birthday party so we forgot to turn it on.
And in 6th grade I went to a city meeting with my boyscout troop and we got to say our names on air. One girl in class the next day said "Saw you on the news!" _________________

I was in the news once because I happened to see a car fly... All the details you need to know without getting grossed out _________________
