The Guitar Hero II leagues are about to go into play-offs, so it's safe to say you're too late, but the GHI leagues don't start until this Sunday, I believe, if everything goes to plan.

We've said it a couple of times int eh sign up thread: if you want to join just do teh songs for this week (week 4) in the league you want and send them in before the deadline (less than one day) to the appropriate commisioner. You won't make the playoffs probably, but it will be good practice and it will get you in the door vis-a-vis season 3 whcih will be starting in a few weeks.
