Here's what I worked out on paper:
2: After 3.5 measures (Guitar's 2nd O stream, Bass' 2nd Y stream)
3: After 3 beats (After Guitar's held O)
2: Right away
3: Right away
3: After 1 measure

I'll try it out soon and report.

2 - Measure 11, orange note
3 - Measure 23, 2nd yellow note
2 - NN
3 - NN
3 - Measure 60

This is the exact same path as think13's path, except the 2nd activation is worth an extra note.
