Cowboys From Hell works pretty well, so does Letter To Dana (Sonata Arctica), most songs I've tried are pretty pants for it though tbh.
And Jordan is actually really fun as well, pretty hard, and the notes make sense! _________________

They have a game like this for the PSP called "Beats." Since I don't have an iPod, I'll be getting "Beats" instead.

How can you get jordan on it? It's not an itunes song or even an mp3. _________________

Actually, INSANE mode is INSANE.
A lot of the guitar hero songs work well in this game...plus, it's probably the only place I'll ever be able to say that I've FC'ed TTFAF on expert.
Favorite songs on Phase:
Billy Joel- Root Beer Rag
Brad Paisley- Online
Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons- December 1963 (dance version)
Journey- Don't Stop Believin'
Travis Tritt- Swing
It's fun, but because there's checkpoints, the penalty for missing just one note can be pretty heavy...you can fail a song while hitting 98-99% of the notes. Fun game anyway though. |

It seems to easy until your iPod messes up and hits the wrong notes... on expert(I have iPod Nano and that happens alooooooooooot and I fail)
I still haven't gotten to Insane but I know that it's expert just you have 5-star each Checkmark that you come to.. excludding the 1st one where you have to get a 4-star _________________

I bought this game yesterday and it is AWESOME.
The only downside is my iPod was originally unsynced to my computer and you have to sync it to a Phase Music playlist and the actual Phase game.
It wiped all the music I had, now I only have music in the Phase game.
Awesome and surprisingly pretty damn accurate. 5stars. _________________

I agree. I unlocked it and I was like "oh god how will I ever get insane?" I was right, it's near impossible, unless you cheat, like I did. (get 30 second songs.. they HAVE to be at least 30 second songs) put them as the same artist, and play them.
My highest score is like 300k on Freebird expert... I would improve it but my iPod screen cracked. :/ |

Even though this thread is pretty much dead, I found out a new way to make your hits more accurate.
1) Play the song(Marathon OR Quickplay)
2) Charge your iPod.
If you don't have an iPod charger you're screwed. And to charge it just pause the game. The game works much better. I almost got a Wolfmother Joker and the Theif FC but I missed like -3 notes(My iPod was fully charged though)
And I haven't tested it yet, but if there's a song that's like 7+ minutes long, I'd charge your iPod in between 1/2 of the song once you pass 1/2 of it. Amirite? _________________
