|
|
Right, so, I'm an idiot. I was a little out of my head the other night, and working on fleshing out an events track for a custom that didn't have any. I was using Sonar, and syncing the events along to an audio track of the MP3 I used in the game. I finished just about everything before I realized that the song uses a +1250 offset in GHEx, and as such, I had synced everything slightly over a second off.
This brings me to my question - is there a simple way to shift all events forward by a length of time, in either Sonar or Anvil? I'm sure I'm just overlooking something, but if anyone has a simple solution it'd save me a lot of time. |

If the notes are synched in Sonar, so will all other events.
The VGS import offset in ghex has nothing to do with that.
But maybe I misunderstood your problem. _________________

In the track view, just click a track and drag it left or right. If it only snaps to whole measures, change the snap properties to something lower. |

I wasn't paying attention - in Sonar, I had the MIDI in question open, and imported a MP3 as an audio track, to use as the basis for syncing events with. The MP3 that I imported wasn't synced up with the notes in the MIDI, so all of the new events that I added wound up being off by the same amount of time.
Edit: Problem solved. Thanks, Fangor. |
