Black Screen Loading ISO

Whenever I try to run my GH2 iso off my PS2 hard drive I get stuck at a black screen. I did purchase the game and have a legal copy. I have modified about 25 of the songs and replaced them with custom ones. I was wondering if ISO size would be an issue or if the ps2 would have an issue reading the iso if it is too big.

EDIT: Ok so after further investigation the issue was the Dragonforce Operation Ground and Pound song and was for some reason making my iso ,when using Apache2, get stuck and 99% and keep increasing the file size. It has only been an issue with that song.

Has anyone else had an issue with that song?
