Assassin sticking patterns on yellow 16ths?

Does anybody have one that's working out well for them? At the moment I'm trying to hit all yellows with my right hand, but it takes soo much effort and energy to do that and I sometimes can't switch pads fast enough.

Note: I'm using the RB drumset.
