Update August 11.

ASSEMBLY Summer 2009 is over, and so is the qualification for the WCG held in China this year.

Some of Finland's best players joined the tournament for the spot in the WCG:

WaderWan (WaHevi) - (1st on GH:WT, GH:M and GH:GH, 69/70 GH3 FCs)
Orson - (WE & Dyer's Eve FC and allot more)
SalmonSnak3 - (RB2 overall 2nd)
LeaderX - (Jordan FC, GH3:24,379,161)
Caret- - (Last year Assembly winner)
Wede - (GH3:24,475,496)
DarkyDan -(GH3:24,355,868)
-jani - (GH3:24,311,955)
Sunttu - (GH3:24,264,731)
And many more.

Summ came there later and didn't participate

After the seeding 32 players where put in to the playoff bracket. The seeding was played with lag on the Microsoft/Xbox stand, so the outcome was pretty random. But the rest was played at our own Kitarasankari.net stand.

TOURNAMENT RESULTS:
#1 WaderWan (WaHevi on sh)
#2 Orson
#3 Wede
#4 Miwco (me, lololololo)

So yeah, WaderWan is going to China, AWESOME, CONGRATZ!

My proudest moment was winning -jani on the last note on prisoner of society, on the 2nd elimination round (video), and actually making it to the bronze match

There was also a full band tournament.
The winners where: The Dudes With Nice Shirts, WaderWan on guitar, Orson on drums, Wede on vox and Nikke on bass. Vids on my/caret's channel)

On second place was my band, The RockHero Band. It was supposed to have the same lineup as on Sonisphere, but it ended with just me and caret. Lineup: -jani on guitar, biibe on drums, caret- on vox and me as the bass. No videos of it, as far as I know

Update July 27.

So yeah I'm finally done with my own videos, had some rendering problems. The first one is King Nothing backstage special, where you can see us walking to the stage, and the crowd from the stage. I also added some text to the video, I thought it would be boring without them. We played between Lamb of God and Machine Head. In this one we encountered a few technical difficulties. Check it out:

The other vid is Enter Sandman, same as the one I posted yesterday, but this one is filmed by caret, who wasn't playing. It was right before Linkin Park, and the crowd was huuge, and some atleast clapped and sang along

Update July 26.

Back from Sonisphere! It was pretty awesome. We played two songs, King Nothing and Enter Sandman. King Nothing after Lamb of God had played, and Enter Sandman just before Linkin Park's gig, so the crowd was huuge.

I'm the guy with shades playing bass. We had two guitarists, so Caret didn't play on this one.

you guys are lame, taking our first place in leagues... but i find it pretty hilarious how every new week brings a different team who gets first on both songs XD

nice job on the firsts, but don't expect to have the same results next week going into playoffs
