IMO, the Yoshi's Island one is far too easy - Unless it implies that you got all 100s on all stages, even bonus stages. Still, I'll use it somehow.

I'd like to see some RPG banners. I would have to think of some good ideas, but one that comes instantly to mind is Tales of Symphonia 100% - all titles, figurines, items/monsters, level 250(?). Good luck earning that.

Maybe some if you've beaten every game in a series too? Said series should have more than five titles or be pretty known to get a banner, imo.

and maybe beat all Portal Advanced Maps or got all Gold or something

Banjo-Tooie 100% complete:

REQUIREMENTS: Defeat Hag 1, learn every move, and collect all Notes, Jiggies, Empty Honeycombs, Cheato Pages, and Stop 'n' Swap Items. Also must obtain the Mega Glowbo.

Dead Rising 7-Day Survivor:

Well, for mine (I use Paint.NET, a free program), I copied and pasted the text into a new layer behind the text, and then painted that text black. That worked out fine for me.
