Yes, that path is optimal.

The track has an obvious picked tone on each note, evident by the lack of smooth transitioning and slightly more "bite" on each note. The easiest way to get into the rhythm is to treat the first note in each trill as a pickup note, and upstrum it with your index finger. The higher note is the upbeat, but the snare also hits on the upbeat, so you're better off playing the offbeats.

Ugh
such a great song
but so annoying
I'm half and half on the intro riffs.
This and The Way It Ends are the only songs that I can't consistantly 5*

The first activation should be done on the next note squeezing in the final RYB chord after. Gives you an extra 200 points.

the 4th activation should also be moved to the first red note of 151 squeezing the RYB chord in 158. (Gives you an extra 800 points)

Thank you for posting that path! I just wish I would have seen it before I went and FC'd it. Now I'm missing 20k points from optimal

For the 2-2-3-3-2-ES1, doesn't it give you the same amount of points if you use a 2-2-3-3-3? I compared wuLFe's and jameslikecoultar's score and I wuLFe only had 200 points more.
