I think all the goals you've set are excellent... Hard to achieve, but also possible with effort.
I'd like to suggest going for PotR. Once you can get consistent with the choruses, the FC is easy. (If you are struggling, PM me and ask for help.)
MniJ hated me also, but I faced it down, put all my anger into it, and got it. You can also ask me for help on that too.
I'm not considering myself to be better than you, but I have one more FC than you, and you completely pwn my scores. . So I can't really give you advice for NotB.
Anyways, good luck with your goals!
And don't get too down on yourself. Yes, you would be viewed as below average in the SH community. Most people are. Me included. What matters is that YOU are satisfied with what YOU have done.
If you compare yourself to the top players, you're always going to be dissapointed in yourself. Just keep on working away at it. You'll find the glory you deserve in time. |

You have a good point that Prayer of ther Refugee could fit in wll with my goals. *Edits above post's goal list*
The chourses are always easy for me, I always seem to -1 or -2 the song because of the in the beginning, that happens twice. I always think I have the fingering right, because it's not a difficult switch, but for whatever reason I can't seem to get it, at least not twice in one run. |

Both are satisfying FCs. Terrific job!
It's funny you mention the "Get above 300K" thing on Welcome To The Jungle, because basically I had the same story. 2 weeks before I got the FC, I was unable to get 300K on the song. I kept getting between 250K-280K, and the main problem was not being able to hit the verses for shit. Then, all of a sudden, the strumming and fretting in the verses sort of just sunk in and the FC came right after that. _________________

Yah, I know what you mean. The breakdown and solos were easy, but I hadn't FC'd Verse 3 in a real run until this FC, because of the
It always confused me how it got slower for the last few notes. |

I'd like to help you with the #otB solo 1, (I'm consistent with it ) but could you specify which part? I can't visualize the one you wrote here. _________________

Oh that part? I use 2nd position there, while anchoring the lower frets for the mini trills.

Shit, my GH3tar just broke. The strap fell off, and it fell just at the angle it needed to to snap the neck. It still works, but it's bent at about a 25 degree angle, which is hard to hold.
Now I have to use my WTar, which is easier for me to strum at a consistent speed with, but I can't hit HOPOs worth crap with it. |
