Double Bass on Broken X Charts

I recently got the ability to double bass. And I wasn't sure. I'm pretty sure the broken X charts are X+ with ghost notes. So, is it legal to use double bass on the broken X songs on GH5?

It's legit to use double bass in any song. They changed that ruling after GH:M was released.

It's not ghost notes, the timing window for the notes is completely wrecked.

You can use double-bass on whatever songs you want, whenever you want.
