Hey all!

I've been caught up into Techno lately and I used to like Trance, but I'm liking the faster Happy Hardcore.

Any fans out there, what do you like? Any recommendations? I have listened to the Bonkers albums and I really like the later ones, in particular CD1 on both Vol 15 and 16.

I'm also in talks with someone to help me get an album that you can ONLY get in Australia, that is absolutely amazing... someone played it, and I needed to get it.

Also, someone pointed me to a random video that I thought was absolutely amazing.

Anyways, reply, let me know what you like, and I should check out, and overall talk about it. ^_^

Thanks! I'll have to check them out.

Also if you live in Australia, get that album that I linked in the first post. I love it from beginning to end, at least the parts that I have, half of disc 2 and all of disc 1. Disc 1 is in my mushi videos. ^_^

I wouldn't really classify Basshunter as happy hardcore, but I am a big fan of him so I'll back the recommendation regardless.

...unless it's another of those genre titles that means different things depending on where you are in the world? Probably the most popular example of European happy hardcore would be the earlier albums by Scooter - personally I think they're terrible, far too cheesy for my liking and the guy's voice is really grating (lol, cheesy and grating, I should be a comedian, or not), but I guess there's a good reason why they're huge. I'm heading home in the week, I'll see if I can find my old happy hardcore compilations and throw out some recommendations.
