The chord slide isn't nearly as hard to play as it looks. At least for me. I still don't really like the way it was charted, but I hit most of them (but missed the note right AFTER the slide a lot for some reason). I SR 5* Hangar 18 with over 400k, 95%. Probably my most impressive SR of a really hard song ever. I know I'm not very good. But my point is, I'm nothing special and the chord slides aren't THAT bad. |

i love it! Hangar 18 makes my hand tired those RB-YO chords are pretty tough to be consistent with then you got the solos right after each one which are also pretty intense. Some good dlc :3 _________________

I said it before but I'll say it again...
You just have to slide from the RB to the YO like you would do on a real guitar.
It is not for artificial difficulty or to be eccentric, the goal was to have people do it like the guys in Megadeth do it:

The fact that it's hard to hit for you doesn't mean it is wrong or poorly charted, it just means you're not approaching it the right way!
Some people complain all the time because it's not "guitar like" and when you give them "guitar like"...well, they still complain... |
I'm sure glad they handed the DLC off to you guys at Beenox. I really feel like you guys inherited the spirit of GH well, took the design philosophy we created at Neversoft, and tweaked it enough to make your own, awesome charting technique.
These charts look great. They are far and beyond the best looking charts for those songs I've seen in any other game IMO. The main riff charting in the beginning of Hangar 18 finally makes sense. _________________

Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it!
We'll try to keep the Neversoft GH era spirit alive!
On a side note , good job on GH:WOR, it really is a blast to play! _________________

Hangar 18 is way tougher than it is on RB2. I love it though. I find it funny how this song wears me out more than TTFAF does. Seriously. _________________
