This seems like the most likely. Whatever it is, I can almost guarantee it will capitalize on Kinect in some way. Keyboard Hero maybe, but I bet it will be dancing. Or maybe it will combine the dancing and the guitar playing. That would be awesome haha.

| A new IP is a new Intellectual Property. So it's not going to be a game that is already established. This would be a new creation entirely with the Hero name. Not a Band Hero game. And this does not include band-focused games with the Guitar Hero name. It would be something like a Dance Hero, Cello Hero, or Vuvuzela Hero. It would be a new franchise. |

Once again, in the video that is linked they do NOT say a new IP. They say "New Releases for our other proven franchises such as the Hero Brand..."
It could be a new IP it also could be one of the ones that are already out. They haven't strictly said it's a new IP though.

and Guitar Hero: Green day would be cool 2. maybe some avril lavigne hero while where there.
and beatbox hero. rap is a severely under-represented genre  |

actually, to be fair, only 66% of it was trollin, i actually did mean the 1st bit, i genuinly dont like the new vox engine, i liked the challenge of the old one
Edit: more avril lavigne would also be nice, in some form |
