Unknown Ban

my friend was recently banned for a completely unknown reason and tried to email appeals@scorehero.com but after the fifth time, still, none of them get through.

does anybody have any idea whats going on?

It could be a one time error. I saw another bug report with this error and a second login attempt worked fine.

The appeals email size limit was reached, so no more emails could be sent to its inbox. JCirri just cleared out the mailbox, so everything should be fine now. I just checked the inbox and have confirmed we are receiving appeals again.
