You say you modded everything in the game, you HAVE TO BE CAREFUL EDITING DTB'S. Changing one little thing can cause the game not to work. I know from experience. Replace the edited DTB's with the originals, and see if it works that way. If it does, that's your problem. _________________

DTB editing is only risky because the editor is a bit clumsy (but was still revolutionary at the time and still great for casual browsing). Best way to edit DTBs is with the command line DTB decrypter from Rocklib, Deimos' dtb2dta and GameZelda's DTBTool. dtb2dta will, as the name suggests, output a DTA file that is equivalent in syntax to the DTA files shipped on the RB1 PS2 disc. DTBTool can be used after editing the text DTA to generate a DTB then encrypt it. Now it's ready to insert back into the game. I have succesfully unlocked the locked away menus on the GH2 demos and have also successfully added an unlock all cheat (with no onscreen text about the cheat) to the 10-song demo to turn it into the 31-song demo. And yes, I will eventually make some videos. Have to get some DVDs first. The demos do have lefty flip, lag calibration (or "sync offset"), and I think widescreen and prog scan but don't quote me on that yet, I'd have to boot them up and check.
Not sure how readily available these tools are, so when I get back to my PC, I'll dig everything up. I'll bump that DTB editing thread below with the package when I do. _________________

That would be awesome. I posted a thread awhile back since I got HDLoader at the time.
Was gonna experiment with added songs to the setlist, many many songs. Of course since I use HDLoader, I could have(in theory) unlimited amount of custom songs on just 1 disc, beings that I can bypass any size limit with my boot method. I did manage to get my hands on that old "setlist patcher" awhile back for scrolling, but never followed through with the project. Still interested though if someone wants to give me a hand. _________________
