Guitarhero 3 FPS problem

Ok.. I´ve got a problem with my guitar hero 3 fps its allways about 60, even if my graphic setting are set to lowest or highest. I have used 3DAnalyzer but it didnt help, i tried to disable v-sync but it didnt work. So help me, I know my computer can easily run guitar hero 3 , because none of newest games doesn´t lag on my computer.

My computer specs : m4a78pro|Amd Phenom II x4 940 BE 3.0Ghz|Ati Sapphire Hd 5770 lite|4gp ram @1066|corsair 620w|2TB Hard Drive space|

60fps is the most you can get unless you disable vsync, and it's not laggy... it's the most you can get, try disabling vsync with RivaTuner, it worked once for me.
