|
|
I have a GH5-tar for about a year and a half.
The other I was playing RB3 and after a while the guitar started to act pretty weird.
It either didn't register a upstrum or register it twice. I tested on the menus to confirm if that was in fact the problem, and it was.
Downstrum seemed fine, but since I'm a upstrummer I couldn't play with it anymore.
The next day I ordered a pair of replacement switches on GHParts.com (still waiting for them to arrive).
But the other day I wanted to test the guitar again and everything seemed fine for about 40 minutes, after that the same problema returned. (no upstrum at all or overstrums).
So I'm afraid it's not a switch problem, but something else.
Do you guys have any advice on this problem?
Thanks. _________________

In the guitar are 2 switches that look like this:http://www.fakeplasticrock.com/wp-content/uploads/guitar-hero-world-tour-guitar-strum-fix-1.jpg
and the metal that sits on it got curved all the way down over time
you just need to replace these switches and it'll be good |
