Custom chart ratings?

Hello new user here!
I'm 90% positive that this has already probably atleast once been discussed and im just bringing it up again

custom chart ratings, like 0.5/1-5 stars? There are so many versions of some songs that its hard to pick the best one out and most don't even have video link or the dl link is corrupted / broken(hint. savefile).
Example if scorehero users were to vote/rate on songs it would bring the songs pair/few best charts to top and it would be easier to dl it -
