First Time Charting for GH2 (PS2)

Okay, so I am trying to chart for Guitar Hero 2 on PS2 and I wanna convert a RB song from a Phase Shift chart I found: The Mob Goes Wild by Clutch.

Thing is I am trying to make the chart by adding sections, animations for the events and band (including the NPCS Drummer/Singer), and so on.

Is there any way I can try to make things work? I am editing it on Editor on Fire and then Feedback or Midi2Chart.
