Guitar Hero & Rock Band -Debug- |HELP|

Hello everyone !
I am new on this site & I am one of those good old players who do not miss this guitar hero & rock band.
But after all these years playing this game, firstly I did not know that we could have custom songs with a console mods & also have always the pleasure of looking for players with whom to play on forums (like this one).
But today, after all this time & some research. I wonder about debug's menu! There is probably avaliable on all over GH & RB, but I only find a debug that everyone can on GH III ... Is there a way to make one for others? with a little coding or just share it with me #ask? Because, yes they are excellent game that is better to play without cheating. But sometimes for impressed some friends at home who know absolutely nothing, could be funny!
(If it's impossible to get it again, you can tel it, at the comment just to be sure i don't try to make something i've can't make or have).

Guitar Hero III for PC accidently left its debug menu in the retail release, but was disabled and required modification of some menu pointers to get to it. The Xbox 360 version had a similar mod available.

To my knowledge, no other Guitar Hero or Rock Band game left any amount of its debug menu in the retail game files (with the exception of SOME of the menu being available as modifiers you had to make yourself within some files in GHII for PS2, but you could never access the menu itself).

The files need to physically be present for us to access them, and most games are very clean of those files for obvious reasons.
