Taking too long to moderate

I've been trying to get help on a separate account I have on here, but no one seems to want to help or care. As far as I can tell, the admins are completely absent, and my thread on the issue got deleted. I want to know why no one wants to help me.

My problem is that I have an account called "HarvHouHacker". While I don't want to just tell my email for that account, I will say that the reason I want that account fixed is because I made a mistake in typing the email. I put too many characters in the domain name, and that sucks because now I have this account that I don't want, and another account I can't access.

I've attempted to contact the admins on this, but I still haven't gotten a response. It's been a week since I created these accounts, and nothing has been fixed. I even tried to contact ScoreHero by email (first to admin@scorehero.com, then to contact@scorehero.com), but haven't received a reply.

If I don't get a reply soon, I'm going to leave ScoreHero permanently. If anyone else reads this and has made a mistake in their email account here, I do NOT recommend trying to get it fixed; just leave ScoreHero. No one cares about it, apparently.
